چکيده: هدف اين مطالعه سنجش ميزان فاصلة رواني ـ اجتماعي روستاييان و کارگران مهاجر افغان نسبت به هم بود. چنين فرض شد که متغيرهاي کليدي مؤثر بر ميزان فاصلة رواني ـ اجتماعي عبارتند از اندازة زمين خانوار (در نزد ساکنين روستا) و درآمد ساليانه (در نزد مهاجران افغان). نتايج نشان داد که فاصلة رواني ـ اجتماعي احساس شده در نزد روستاييان تابعي است از اندازة زمين خانوار، و فاصلة رواني ـ اجتماعي احساس شده در نزد کارگران افغاني تابعي است از ميزان درآمد ساليانة آنها.
Mutual Psycho-Social Distance Between Iranian Rural Inhabitants and Afgan Workers

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to measure the degree of psychosocial distance felt by rural inhabitants toward Afgan workers and the psycho-social distance felt by Afgan workers toward rural inhabitants. It was postulated that the key variables which affect the degree of the felt psycho-social distance were family,s land size (for rural inhabitants) and annual income (for Afgan migrants). The results showed that psycho-social distance felt by rural inhabitants is a function of family’s land size, and felt psycho-social distance among Afgan workers is a function of their annual income.
